No, we offer free delivery on all orders, regardless of your location or order value. There are no hidden shipping fees or surprise charges at checkout — what you see is what you pay. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as smooth and affordable as possible.

Delivery times typically range between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and local courier availability. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your package every step of the way. In some cases, orders may arrive earlier, and during peak seasons, it may take slightly longer.

Once you’ve placed your order, here’s what happens next:

  1. Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order.

  2. Processing: Our team begins preparing your order for shipment — checking items, packing them securely, and labeling them.

  3. Shipping: When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a second email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

  4. Delivery: Your items are delivered safely to your address. If you selected an option like Apple Pay or Klarna, you’ll also receive payment confirmation from them directly.

Yes, every order comes with a digital invoice that is emailed to you as soon as your order is confirmed. You can also access your invoice by logging into your account and viewing your order history. If you need a printed copy for business or tax purposes, you can download and print it at any time.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment is usually deducted from your bank account immediately after you place your order, depending on your selected payment method.
If you use:

  • Apple Pay – The payment is processed instantly and securely via your Apple Wallet.

  • Klarna – You can choose from flexible payment options like Pay Later in 30 days or Pay in 3 installments, depending on your eligibility. Klarna will notify you via email or app when your first payment is due.

We’re really sorry if that happens! If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • Include your order number

  • Attach photos of the product and packaging

  • Describe the issue clearly

We’ll investigate the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation. We cover any return shipping costs for incorrect or damaged items.

Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. We allow changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order.
If you need to:
